Paragraph 1: Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you enjoyed it as much as the
hundreds of others who saw it.
Paragraph 2: You are right! The hyperlink is unauthorized. Since when did anyone need
authorization for a hyperlink? Anyone who thinks that Cablevision would put up a Hate Page about themselves would also believe lawyers never lie. Just in case - THIS PAGE WAS NOT MADE BY CABLEVISION!!!
Paragraph 3: The letters you and Cablevision sent to me BELONG to me. They are letters that were sent to me via U.S. mail. I can do whatever I want with them...even wipe my rear with them! I don't see the words "Copyright"or "Top Secret" anywhere on them.
Paragraph 4: What do you mean, "...with no finding of any liability on the part of Cablevision"? The case was resolved, but Cablevision WAS found guilty of several unfair labor practices and was required by the NLRB to post a NoticeTo Employees.
Paragraph 5: Is that English??? I believe you are trying to scare me into removing this website. It's crooked lawyers like you who ruin the reputation of good lawyers. The fact that you use your knowledge of the law to scare me into giving up my freedom of speech is unamerican. Did you really think I would just take down this website because you used the word "unauthorized" a few times? I have been stating the truth. If the truth is damaging to your client, then so be it. If what I'm doing is illegal, then bring me to court. Thank you.
