Only a week after a Federal Judge ordered Cablevision NOT to inform its employees that it would be futile for them to select the IBEW as their bargaining representative, Cablevision sent the following letter to its employees: That last paragraph is just Mr. Azznara bragging about how the layoffs stopped the union election and how it would be futile to attempt another one.
